Thomas L. Kerns, FAIA has been selected to receive the William C. Noland Award.  This is the highest honor bestowed by the Virginia Society AIA to an architect and is intended to honor a distinguished body of accomplishments, sustained over time, which spans a broad spectrum of the profession, and which transcends the scope of normal professional activities.

 

Koji Hirota, AIA has been named an Associate at Kerns Group in recognition of his leadership and initiative.  Koji has successfully completed numerous projects for public and private clients during his 17 years with Kerns Group.

 

Kerns Group is proud to announce that Brian J. Frickie, AIA has been elected to the position of President-Elect for the Virginia Society AIA.

 

St. Bede Catholic Church in Williamsburg, Virginia has been selected to receive a 2007 IFRAA Design Award.  Award winning projects will be published in the Winter 2007 issue of Faith & Forum and will be on exhibit at the 2008 AIA National Convention.

 

Kerns Group was selected by St. Mary’s Church in Glens Falls, New York for our second project in the Diocese of Albany.
